Cancelation & Refund Policy

At Roholt Media, we provide our Clients with a flexible payment model. However, we understand that our Clients’ needs may change over time. Therefore, we have a straightforward cancellation policy and refund in place.

1. Customers can cancel their service at any time before the end of a billing period.

2. Cancellations must be made directly with the support team at [email protected]

3. Once the cancellation is initiated, it will be processed and effective within 24 hours.

4.Upon cancellation, customers will lose immediate access to their accounts and our services.

4.EX. Refunds are dependent on the status, progress, and overall history of your account. Clients agree & understand that all sales are final after purchase & I agree that any issues will be handled directly with Roholt Media. Clients understand that per this agreement, Clients waive my right to dispute this purchase with my bank or credit card company, as well as my right to file any form of "chargeback." In the event of needing to enforce the terms of this contract, any legal expenses incurred by Roholt Media will be paid by the client.

5.Roholt Media will be paid from an appointment that was rendered via auto-billing from the credit card provided upon the signing of this agreement or the client shall send over the payment themselves.
